24-09-2016 ::Talk by Mr.S.Sathyapal, President, National Road safety Organisation, Dy.Chief Traffic Warden Bangalore City Traffic Police. More than 100 students participated.
Project dated 28-09-2016 :: A set of students groups did the Road safety audit near to our college, Mysore road and sample reports. On our observation, we find that age groups between 20 and 40 are the most people who do not follow traffic rules and regulations.
Project dated 19-10-2016 :: A set of students groups fixed posters on notice boards in various locations in R V College of Engineering and over 6500 students studying in RVCE got awareness on Road safety
Project dated 23-10-2016 :: About 10 000 people got awareness near Anil kimble circle signal during a Walk March Programme by uttering Road Safety Slogans
Project dated 05-11-2016 ::Road Safety leaf-lets were distributed to waiting passengers in Bengaluru airport and Chennai airport on 5th Nov 2016 with the help of house keeping staff, when I was travelling from Bengaluru to Chennai and back. About 4000 people got awareness on road safety .
Project dated 20-11-2016 ::Road Safety leaf-lets were distributed to waiting passengers in Bengaluru and Chennai Stations on 20th Nov 2016, the world Day of remembering the road accidents victims . With the help of Porters and Hospitality staff inside the trains , when I was travelling from Bengaluru to Chennai and back, the leaflets were given to passengers along with news papers. About 3000 people got awareness on road safety and some of them interacted with me too.
Project dated 9-12-2016 :: Paper presentation event was arranged on Road safety topics and thereby about 25 papers were received but after review best 13 papers were selected and sent for publication in an international journal

Project dated 04-01-2017 :: Table top Calendar was distributed on 3-4 Jan 2017 to 100 important key Heads of Departments, NSS students and thereby whole year 2017 , it will create awareness on the events what we have done so far, to daily visitors of minimum 50 per Heads of Departments in R V College of Engineering and thereby reaching to the age group of 20-30 is expected to cross 12 millions during 2017 !
Project dated 14-01-2017 :: Road Safety week awareness was created today through Digital media and social media like FB , Linkedin and whatsup to Millions of people ! Dr.S.Sridhar, Director, RVCT, RVCE, Bangalore designed creative traffic signals and traffic cartoons and uploaded in FB, Linkedin and whatsup
There are over 6500 students studying in RVCE and these web-sites will create awareness to them. These sites will appear when Google search is done and so possibility of millions of people can see this work and thereby awareness on Road Safety is created in global way ! !
Project dated 24-01-2017 :: A study on Technical design for safer roads was done by two students and published in www.ijitr.com for view by millions of readers globally !!
Project dated 16-02-2017 :: Created road safety awareness to about 100 students in GIT, Belagavi, Karnataka ,as part of my workshop on "Cloud Computing" during Feb.16-18, 2017 by highlighting the current project and students got awareness and in turn they will give awareness to others in Belagavi through their contacts, FB, Linkedin, researchgate,net etc and this will reach a million of students as chain reaction ! Please find the appreciation letter from GIT and photos of on line sessions of opening https://drsridhar.tripod.com/saferroad.html as an application of cloud technology. Thus I created road safety awareness as part of technical workshop too.
